KEEP ON TOP OF THOSE PESTS
Our maintenance contracts are designed to keep an area pest free and demonstrate to a third party that you are showing due diligence regarding pest control. They are a preventative and pro-active form of pest control. All of the contracts that we offer are tailored to the individual client’s requirements and ensure that the client is not paying for an element of a contract that is not required.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
All of our contracts have differing requirements but as a rule, the basic type of contract would be to monitor and control rats and mice and - in the case of food premises - crawling insects as well.
Should the client require it, other options can be included in the contract, including measures for wasps, ants, squirrels, moles and other pests. If a client has an existing problem, then this would be treated on a job basis until it was under control and only then would we proceed with a contract.
A typical contract would consist of a minimum of 8 visits per year with extra visits included if required. This is the recognised industry standard as the time between visits does not allow for the breeding cycle of rats and mice to be completed.
Written reports are left on each visit detailing the premises' condition, what was found, what was done and any baits and treatments used.
Reports are kept in a folder which is left on site. This can be shown to any visiting environmental health officer. We’re always happy to talk to EHOs on a client’s behalf if there are any queries regarding pests at their property. Annual invoicing for contracts is preferred but should a client require it, invoicing can be in two equal halves six months apart or quarterly.
We're happy to carry out a FREE survey and provide informed guidance at any premises. We'll also provide an appropriate quote should you be thinking of taking out a pest control contract or engaging a new supplier.
